OCTOBER ROSE: THE SAINTE THERESE CLINIC GETS INVOLVED

Posted on 10/29/2020

Once again this year, for the2020 edition of Pink October, the Clinique SAINTE THERESE and its staff have joined forces to inform women about breast cancer prevention and screening.

Even if the year 2020 is tainted by a worrying subject, as a healthcare establishment and one that is resolutely focused on caring for women, we couldn't fail to take part in this campaign.

The 2020 edition at the Clinique SAINTE THERESE focused on the theme of well-being. Our foot reflexologist, Fabienne, had planned to offer hand massages to our patients and visitors in the waiting room, as well as to our healthcare professionals. However, because of the crisis, she was able to bounce back and adapt by finally offering self-massage methods(thus promoting respect for barrier gestures).

The aim of these self-massages is to provide a sense of calm in all circumstances. Self-massage also echoes the self-palpation techniques recommended to women as part of breast cancer screening.

The famous pink macaroons from a leading house, donated by our cleaning and catering service provider, were not to be outdone, showing off their colours as soon as you entered the establishment.

Thank you all for organising this wonderful day,
