The Intact Perineum Course

In the fight against childbirth-related perineal lesions, experienced healthcare professionals have joined forces behind an ambitious programme: the Intact Perineum Pathway. Protecting the perineum is a major issue in pregnancy management. We now have the tools and the knowledge to optimise protection of the perineum during pregnancy, childbirth and after the birth.

The aim of the Parcours Périnée Intact is to offer women innovative methods and the best skills for preserving the perineum.

The Parcours Périnée Intact project team is convinced that, in the long term, this programme will help to reduce the frequency of pelvic static and continence disorders.
