Measuring patient satisfaction

In order to constantly improve the quality of services and care offered to our patients, your experience and opinion are essential.

Measuring your satisfaction is a way of finding out what you think about the conditions in which you are welcomed, your stay and the care you receive. Your responses, together with those of other patients who have been in the establishment, will help us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our establishment and enable us to improve.

Satisfaction questionnaire

In order to continually improve the quality of our care and services, we have set up a system for collecting feedback from patients and their relatives. It is your responsibility to complete the exit questionnaire that will be given to you on admission. We invite you to leave it in the boxes provided, with the care worker on the floor or the housekeeper, or to return it by post to the establishment's management.

Each questionnaire is carefully examined and your observations, comments and suggestions are taken into consideration.

Your opinions

In addition to these exit questionnaires, you have the opportunity to express your opinions, comments and suggestions on the care you have received. You can request a meeting with the Head of Care Units or the Person in charge of Relations with Users. You can fill in the user complaints and satisfaction register available in the discharge office.

E-satis

The Clinique Sainte Thérèse is taking part in a national survey (e-SATIS) of in-patient satisfaction.

This survey will take the form of an online questionnaire. If you would like to take part, simply enter your e-mail address on the registration form. You will then receive an e-mail containing a unique and individual link enabling you to connect to the e-Satis questionnaire and complete it.

The data is anonymous and will only be statistically processed to calculate satisfaction scores (e-SATIS) covering the following dimensions

  • Overall patient care,
  • Patient information,
  • Patient communication with healthcare professionals,
  • Attitude of healthcare professionals,
  • Room comfort,
  • Hospital catering.
